Experienced with HUD Section 8 Multifamily Programs, including Moderate Rehabilitation, Substantial Rehabilitation, New Construction, Home, 221(d)(4) financing, 223(f) financing.
Experienced with applications for HUD Insured Mortgages and regulatory and administrative issues with US HUD and local housing authorities throughout the US and Puerto Rico.
GOVERNMENTAL CONSULTING:
Dealing with government officials at the local, state, regional and national levels.

Recent Sample Engagements: • Structured and advised on the acquisition of affordable housing projects in Miami, Leesburg and Cocoa, FL and Mobile, AL. • Negotiated and structured the sale of a gas station site to a bank. • Represented church in the acquisition of a $3 million church and charter school property. • Advised on the sale of $3.5 million pharmacy. • Represented client in the sale of a gasoline station property for $3.2 million.
